BioAktiv Professional Liquid Manure is applied to animal manure to effectively catalyse the aerobic biodegradation of manure by accelerating the multiplication of aerobic microbes and prohibiting that of anaerobic microbes, and drastically reduce the emission of foul odorous gases.
Mode of Action
BioAktiv GmbH in Germany has developed a proprietary process to manufacture BioAktiv products. Through a converter, BioAktiv manufacturer loads a special ‘oxygen information’ in the raw material of BioAktiv Profession Liquid Manure, which is pure natural chalk (calcium carbonate CaCO₃). When the product is mixed with fresh water, sprayed onto animal manure or injected in the manure pit, the ‘oxygen information’ in the product promotes the multiplication of aerobic microbes in the manure. An increased population of aerobic microbes not only speeds up the aerobic biodegradation processes, but also suppresses the population of anaerobic microbes and hence prohibiting anaerobic processes that produce foul odorous gases.

Quality Certification

Application
Manure Pit
Mix 1-1.5 kg of product in 1,000 litres of fresh water for 100 m³ of manure. Inject liquid mixture into the lower third of the pit (top picture). Repeat treatment in 1-2 months using 1-1.5 kg for every 100 m³ of fresh manure.
Manure Dump:
Mix 1-1.5 kg of product in 200 litres of fresh water for 100 m³ of manure. Spray over manure with a watering can. Repeat treatment in 1-2 months using 1-1.5 kg for every 100 m³ of fresh manure.
Animal Barn
Use 2-3 g/animal/week for piglets/fattening pigs/sows and 4-5 g/animal/week for calves/cattle/cows. Add 50 g of product in a watering can; fill it up with fresh water (10-13 litres) then even pour through grates into/onto manure (see centre and bottom pictures).
Storage
Store the product at cool and dry places; avoid long direct exposure to strong magnetic field and electric-discharge light (such as neon light).
Shelf Life
Four years after opened for use under the recommended storage conditions.
